  • How to apply online?
Step 1: Click the New User tab to create your login ID by using CNIC number. If you don’t have CNIC number, get it from B-form of NADRA or use guardian CNIC. Choose a password of your choice. (Remember your login ID and password, as it will be used at later stage for “Re-Login”, to complete and print the application form. 
Step 2: Complete your Profile Information. You should enter the information exactly as it appears on your matriculation/O-level certificate. 


 
 
Step 3: Complete your Father's and Guardian's Information.

 
Step 4: Complete your Academic Information.
 

 
 
 
Step 5: Go to Program Preference section, select the desired Program of study.
You can submit only one application for one particular Program of study.
 

  
Step 6: Add your application and click on Application Preview. Application Form is in PDF format you will require Acrobat Reader.
 
Step 7: Review your application
(please note that this is your last chance to make any changes, because once the application is downloaded, you will not  be allowed to make any modification).

Download it and get a print.
 

 
 
Step 8: Attach all relevant documents and the receipt of application processing fee with the Downloaded application. Send the complete application to the BUITEMS Admission office, make sure that the hard copy of your application should reach to Admission office before the closing date i.e.August 7, 2015 (5:00 pm PST)

1. Secondary school certificate 01 photocopy
2. Higher secondary school certificate     01 photocopy
3. Applicant CNIC / B-form 01 photocopy
4. Local/Domicile 01 photocopy 
5. Bank draft/pay order/receipt of cash payment 01 original
6. Recent photographs (passport size)     06 original
7. Father’s CNIC 01 photocopy 
8. Character Certificate 01 photocopy

  • Payment Options
Online Application processing fee is Rs. 2500 for domestic applicants and US $75 for foreign applicants. Whereas fee for Manual Application processing is Rs. 2000. Please note that these amounts are non-refundable and must be submitted to the university by August 7, 2015 for the application to be considered complete.
You can avail one of the following options to submit the application processing fee:
1. Bank draft / pay order Drawn in favour of “Balochistan University of Information Technology, Engineering & Management Sciences, Quetta”.
2. Cash Deposited at any branch of HBL in Account Number:23587000000201

Post your Supporting documents and hardcopy of Admission Form along with Bank draft / pay order (Admission Fee) on the following address:

Applicants will be called to take the Admission Test. For which Test Entry card will be issued. In case of non-receipt of Admit Card admission office may be contacted. Please note that only candidates with complete applications will be notified. Without an Entry Test Cards candidates will not be allowed to take the test/interview.
